/platform is for platform administrators, who run the installation itself, as opposed to team owners, who run their own customers.

Who is an administrator

The first account created on the installation is one automatically. To name another:
An administrator also reaches the Horizon dashboard (/horizon), and keeps access to a suspended team.
Administrators see every customer’s data. Keep them to the few who need it, and require two-factor authentication of them.

Overview

Platform sums up the activity: And the Teams opened, by month chart over the last twelve months.

Teams

Platform → Teams lists every customer with their plan, their subscriber count, their e-mails this month and their status. Search by name.

Suspending

Suspend stops a team, with an optional reason:
  • its members see “This team is suspended” instead of the interface;
  • its API answers 403;
  • its sends, automations and feeds stop;
  • nothing is deleted.
Let it work again puts everything back at once.

Licences

Platform → Licences, for selling self-hosted installations: issue a key (customer, e-mail, months of updates, installations, subscriber limit, notes), follow the active installations, revoke. See Licence. The Issue a licence button is there only when the signing key is configured on this server.
