Two kinds of tag
A preference tag may have a public name and a description: that is what the subscriber reads on their page. They can add it to themselves or take it off, and there is an unsubscribe link for one tag alone.
Create, rename, delete
New tag: a name unique within the list, and a kind. The pencil on a row renames it or changes its kind. The bin deletes the tag and takes it off every subscriber who carried it, after a confirmation. The table says how many subscribers carry each tag.Adding tags
