One e-mail in detail

Send again sends the same e-mail once more: the same recipients, the same variables, the same language. A new e-mail appears in the log; the original is untouched. Handy when a customer says nothing arrived. The button is not there for an e-mail whose template does not keep the content: neither the content nor the variables were kept, so there is nothing to send again. The deliveries, bounces and complaints the provider reports also feed the suppression list and the outgoing webhooks.
